If you'd ever like help with this sort of thing, anatomy and the body in motion are pretty much my only talents when it comes to animation. (That, and I can do faces pretty well.)

you'll get more out of the practice if you concentrate on the movement and proportions save colour and sound for your full-scale productions. (you're really good with that special effect stuff, btw)

the big issue here i think is that there's almost zero anticipation, and no acceleration time. that one extra frame can make all the difference.

Do you use skeletons under each frame?

yeah, I start from drawing sketchy version to see how will it moove than doing linework, colour key than additional easing and effects process step by step can be seen here

It'd be better if you kept the scales correct with a dynamic shapes that you use while animating.
I know the camera zooms in and out but the body parts seem to change size in almost each frame. I've had this same problem a lot, so I tried using a skeleton behind the the the actual frame, that way it's way easier to keep the sizes correct.

Other than that, your special effects and stuff are still really nice.
