Totally blown away by your animations, I wouldn't have a clue how to do any of that stuff... I have trouble just animating myself first thing in the morning. Amazing work, great imagination.
I can advice you doing morning exercise every morning ^_____^. It helps getting up and gives you an energy blast for all the day. But pick a good system (I choose slavic Zdrava). About animations: it's a question of practices- I'm sure if you want to DO animation, but not only watch them- you will make things much better than I ^_____^. Glad you like my stuff ^_____^
You should know where your roots are coming from and then choose a system specially for your genus. I know exercises specially for indians (hatha yoga),caucasians (sufi yoga),indigenous people of America (tensegrity), Jews (tora yoga), slavs(numerous zdravas), chinese (tai chi and qigong), japanese (aikido). So just choose according to what body do you have ^_____^
